Refund and Exchange Policy
Every item we offer is handmade to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, or personal preference.
We understand this may feel limiting, so we encourage you to carefully review our size guides and product details before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out. We are always happy to help you choose the right fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to our shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once production has started, we will do our best to help if you contact us early.
