Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Every order is handled with care, so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed.
- After shipping, US delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on location.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping is free on US orders over $75.
- US orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.
- International delivery can take up to 14 business days, depending on your destination and local customs.

Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your order during transit.

If shipping protection is purchased, your order is covered for:
- Lost packages (tracking stops updating for 14+ days)
- Theft after delivery (marked "delivered" but not received)
- Carrier misdelivery (delivered to the wrong address when the correct address was provided at checkout)
- Damage during shipping

Shipping protection does NOT cover:
- Packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout
- Packages refused or uncollected by the recipient
- Carrier delays
- Manufacturing defects or product dissatisfaction (these are covered separately under our Refund Policy)

If any covered issue occurs, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or the last tracking update for lost packages) with your order number and photos if applicable. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Orders Without Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is not purchased, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen after delivery, or damaged in transit by the carrier. In these cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always covered under our Refund Policy, with or without shipping protection.

Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen outside our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please check the tracking link first. If you still need help, reach out anytime.

Refunds
If a refund is issued, shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier.
