Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather disruptions, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Shipping protection is an optional add-on at checkout. When purchased, it covers loss, theft after delivery, carrier misdelivery, and damage in transit, as described in our Shipping Policy. Orders without shipping protection are not covered for these carrier-related issues. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always covered under our Refund Policy, whether or not shipping protection was purchased.

4. Returns and Refunds
Every item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering, and reach out if you need help choosing a size. We are always happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at support@hevnwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
